New Covenant International Church (NCIC)
New Covenant International Church (NCIC) is a vibrant parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), situated in the beautiful city of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. With a strong focus on faith, community, and spiritual growth, NCIC is a place where individuals and families can come together to worship, learn, and serve.
Our Beliefs
At NCIC, we adhere to the core beliefs of the RCCG, which are firmly rooted in the teachings of the Bible. We believe in the existence of one true God, who is eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came to earth, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the redemption of humanity, and rose again on the third day.
As a church, we believe in the power of prayer and the importance of developing a personal relationship with God. We encourage our members to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit in their daily lives and to grow in their faith through the study of God’s Word.
Our Services and Programs
NCIC offers a variety of services and programs to cater to the spiritual needs of our diverse congregation. Our Sunday worship services are a time of uplifting praise and worship, inspiring sermons, and a chance to connect with fellow believers. We also have midweek services, including Bible study and prayer meetings, where members can delve deeper into the Word of God and seek His guidance.
In addition to our regular services, we have various ministries and programs designed to nurture the spiritual growth of individuals and families. Our children’s ministry provides a safe and engaging environment for kids to learn about God and His love, while our youth ministry offers opportunities for teenagers to connect, grow, and serve.
We also have men’s and women’s ministries that provide support, encouragement, and fellowship for adults in our congregation. These ministries organize events, retreats, and workshops that address the unique needs and challenges faced by men and women in their spiritual journey.
Community Outreach
At NCIC, we believe in the importance of reaching out to our local community and making a positive impact. We actively participate in various community outreach initiatives, including food drives, clothing donations, and volunteering at local shelters. We also organize events and programs that promote unity, diversity, and cultural understanding.
