New Covenant International Church (NCIC) is a vibrant parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) located in the beautiful city of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. We are a community of believers who are passionate about worship, fellowship, and service.
Our Vision and Mission
At NCIC, our vision is to be a church that impacts our community with the love and power of Jesus Christ. We strive to create an atmosphere where people from all walks of life can come and experience the transforming presence of God. Our mission is to make disciples of all nations, teaching them to love God, love people, and serve the world.
Our Services and Programs
We gather together every week for powerful and inspiring worship services. Our services are filled with uplifting music, relevant teaching from the Bible, and a time of heartfelt prayer. We believe in the power of corporate worship and its ability to bring transformation and healing to individuals and communities.
In addition to our regular services, we offer various programs and ministries to cater to the needs of different age groups and interests. We have a vibrant children’s ministry where kids can learn about God in a fun and engaging way. Our youth ministry provides a safe space for teenagers to grow in their faith and build meaningful relationships. We also have small groups, men’s and women’s ministries, and outreach programs that aim to serve and bless our community.
Our Beliefs
As a parish of the RCCG, we adhere to the core beliefs and doctrines of the church. We believe in the triune nature of God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death, and glorious resurrection. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives and empower believers for service.
We also believe in the authority of the Bible as the inspired Word of God and the final authority for all matters of faith and practice. We believe in the importance of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and the necessity of living a life of holiness and obedience to God’s Word.
